Will I have an opportunity to review my personalized information as it will appear on the product BEFORE it goes into print production?
Yes. Within 24-48 hours of submitting your order, we set up your personalized information on the product you ordered. A .PDF file containing a ‘PROOF’ of your product will be e-mailed to you from email@example.com. You MUST REPLY to that e-mail to verify that you have reviewed your proof. Upon receipt of your reply (approval), your order will be placed into print production. If you request changes, another proof will be sent until we reach an approval.
What if I do not receive an e-mail containing a ‘PROOF’ within 24-48 hours of placing my order?
If you do not receive an e-mail containing your proof within 24-48 hours of placing your order (not counting weekends), please check in your junk/spam folders. Some computers have security walls, or built-in security software that will block/filter messages from ‘unknown senders’, especially when they contain attachments.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon receipt of your proof approval, print production and shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. It is very important that you provide a physical address for delivery.
Are there additional charges for shipping & handling?
All prices include shipping and handling - there are no additional charges.
What if I incur a problem while placing my order?

What if a product order form is not showing up on the website?
There is a possibility that our order form will not load properly or show up if you are using any type of
“Ad Blocking” software or plug-ins within your browser.

2. Delete cookies and clear any previous browser history
3. Refresh your browser
4. Select your desired product order form again

What if there is a problem with my order after it is printed?

PLEASE NOTE: Please review your proofs carefully. We are not responsible for information that was printed incorrectly after you approved your proof.
